Born and raised in Canada, Paula is of Polish decent. Her journey is anything but typical. At 34, she now calls Tulum, Mexico home — living full-time as a model and fitness trainer. But before the runways and the sandy beaches, she was running numbers and managing crews as the General Manager of an HVAC company in Florida, after rising through the ranks from Sales Manager. Her drive? Unshakable. Her work ethic? Unmatched.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sheridan College, proving early on that brains and beauty aren’t mutually exclusive — they’re just two sides of her coin.
Her fitness journey began at 22 — triggered by one simple comment from her mother: “Maybe you should lose a little weight.” It wasn’t said with malice, but it lit a fire. She stepped into the gym that year and never looked back. But it was two years ago that everything clicked. That’s when she fully embraced bodybuilding — not just as a hobby, but as a lifestyle.
